This client was looking to add interesting and durable outdoor seating at several locations on campus that would be able to host their logo. Renaissance Site Furnishings supplies a multitude of products that will easily display your school’s logo along with accessories in your school’s colors. The client loved the idea of modular construction because of the clean fit and finish of the veneer tile corners and the tight mitering around the columns in the room. The crew in facilities could not believe how quickly this DIRTT project was finished. The room was down for a total of 22 hours for installation which saved them a lot of money had they gone with a mill worker instead. This particular DIRTT project features custom graphics which are easily replaceable with the seasons.

What would you do if you needed more out of your current space, but couldn’t relocate? With conventional construction you’re locked into your choices. A contractor comes in with a team and frames out walls, builds them, lays flooring, paints the walls…it’s messy. This client opted for a much cleaner and greener approach. Contemporary Galleries was able to use DIRTT modular wall solutions to increase their registration area three times over, give them two more offices, and increase the size of their waiting room. What we gave them was their existing space…just designed better. Both staff and patients are happier with a more functional space thanks to the modular walls in conjunction with Herman Miller’s space saving Compass, Action Office, and Co-Struc systems.

Remanufactured offices saved this firm’s bottom line

The client became intrigued when told about remanufactured product and closed the deal when the cost savings were significant compared to purchasing brand new furniture. The client thought of us again when they built a new location and opted to go with remanufactured product again. With such a huge cost difference between new and remanufactured, it only made sense. And now the client is happy with their “new” work stations. Each station includes an oversized top measuring 72″ x 36″ supported at one end by a bookcase and a file/file ped to allow employees to easily spread out construction documents. The adjacent worksurface is 54″ x 24″ with a mobile box/file ped with cushion that acts as a guest chair for brief meetings. Many have fully adjustable dual monitor arms manufactured by Humanscale.
